By creating an account or using Getup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Getup provides outfit suggestions based on the wardrobe items and preferences you enter and on local weather. Suggestions are informational; you decide what to wear.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse- engineer the service, and no accessing other users' data.
You retain rights to the wardrobe data you add. The Getup app, catalogue, and imagery are our property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that suggestions will suit every occasion.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Getup and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Getup is established.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
